• Ground floor has a size range of 1390-1890 square feet double heighted shops and 650-1160 square feet single heighted shops.
• Lower ground floor has shops of sizes ranging from 554-766 square feet area whereas the upper ground floor has units of 535 square feet area.
• First floor and second floor have units ranging from sizes of 662-1580 square feet and 623-1521 square feet respectively.
